Longcom Enterprise Ltd. 8-Year’s Anniversary

-----Outdoors Development Training

On August 30th and 31st, 2008, our company organized an outdoors development training to celebrate the 8th anniversary. Every member of us gained and benefited greatly from the two day outdoors development training. All projects, Trusting and Falling, Air Break Bridge, Blind Formation, Survive Islands, ‘Electrical Network’ and the proud Graduation Wall, each one brings us the different harvest, like confidence, courage, strength. And compare with our gains, we were moved and shocked much by tears and team.

The Manifest of Team’s wisdom - - Break Ice

According to coach's request, we has been divided into two teams stochastically, our two teams members must elect captain, name the team, design team logo, team flag, and song in the assign time. This measure broke up our little working circles into a definitely new circumstance completely, Whether the managers or the regular staff, young or old, women or men; all forgot about their position, their age, their gender, but only with the hope to unfold and experience the brand-new team which just sets up, display the cooperation of the team fully and deliberate in the team to face troubles together. And finally under our team’s wisdoms, "Mars team", "the sky hawk team" arises at this historic moment!

The Arms Build up the Trust - -Trusting and Falling

This was the first class to practice team trust and cooperation. As for the training itself, generally people can complete if comply with the movement standard, but usually we may feel fear from physiology and psychology and made actions became distortion, since we never have back falling experience from that high. But while hearing cheer on "Please trust us!", everybody fallen down from the high place by the loving concern of team’s, giving precious life in the flash to their worthy trust team mates. It proved the trust and believes from our own heart because we can feel the vigorous support from our back! So like a Chinese old saying goes"A real man have three gang, a fence have three pile",thinking better of our real time, everybody should pulls together hands and supports mutually, after that we team can solve each matter successfully.

A Small step on the Break Bridge, A Big stride in human live - - Air Break Bridge

Honestly, we felt innermost psychological frightened together with the expectation while facing this project, When I climbed to 12 meter high midair, both my legs became trembling, and the innermost feelings were hard to feel restless, which made me can not stand firmly. But under everybody's encourages and coach’s support, I told myself I have no way to escape but stood firmly and jumped forward. Although I was not steady finished it but I benefited deeply in, not only in catching on a new stage of enhance my courage, but what is even more important was I improved my self-confidence. In future, we would encounter more and more difficulties as them we faced before, Whatever, I believe from now on we can defeat all fears with confidence sice we have experienced and jumped on the Air Break Bridge.

Moving in darkness-Joining hands

With a saffron yellow blinder covering my eyes, the darkness world was taken on. I have been in a state of helpless and panic until a hands led me with warmth and affection. Through this game, joining hands, I experienced again the affection and friendship among people and purified my heart. A song going with figure language named "Heart full of owing" and a moving story about the song brought me more sensations that true feelings is existing everywhere and we should owe our parents ,others and anyone who has helped us in every minutes.

The Monument of Solidarity Team---- Graduation Wall

We, all brothers and sisters in Longcom Enterprise, consumed only 35 minutes tramp over the Graduation Wall, which has manifested our team’s effectiveness, and also has marked a completely great full stop for this outdoors training. Everybody brought their spirit of not fearing painstakingly and spirit of unselfish consecration for others that should be call for and carry forward to every steps of our job career. Thank you for teaching me and I am so proud of our Longcom team.

Achievements

This training brought us a close relationship among all members, which can be shown in getting across the Graduation Wall. All of us have went to great lengths to getting across it with sweat and tears dripping, which light up everyone’s passion. The achievement we got from this training did not only mean that we accomplished it but we won a victory through our united cooperation.

United cooperation, as a glittering and translucent crystal ball, was beautiful as well as brittle. Any intended or unintended betray of each individual may fall apart a team. Just as Cartel, one form of Monopolistic organization was very instability. The Cartel successful example was very few besides once in OPEC, and even OPEC's success was also benefited from its biggest member nation Saudi Arabia’s strictly autonomy. Here brrought us a challenge: How to enable all members to understand fully to the importance of team cooperation? And how to persuade them giving up the impulsion of the maximization individual benefit? Perhaps this was the real sense of the training project Graduation Wall to be. It meant only after achieved this point---Team Cooperation, we can make clear the answer ourselves.
